Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using eGuru24 (eguru24.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating eGuru24 as a product of PalsyWorld.

If you are using eGuru24 on behalf of an organisation (such as a coaching institute), you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

About eGuru24

eGuru24 is an AI-powered educational tutoring platform designed to help students prepare for competitive exams including JEE, NEET, UPSC, and Board examinations. The platform is operated by:

eGuru24 uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI APIs) to provide tutoring, doubt-clearing, and educational content. The platform is intended as a supplementary learning tool and does not replace formal education or qualified teachers.

Eligibility

To use eGuru24, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should use the platform with parental or guardian consent.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable Indian or international law.

By using eGuru24, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

User Accounts

When you create an account on eGuru24, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@eguru24.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same individual. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or misused.

Our Services

eGuru24 provides the following services (subject to the plan you have subscribed to):

• AI Chat Tutor: Ask questions related to JEE, NEET, UPSC, and Board exams and receive AI-generated explanations.
• Video AI Tutor: Animated AI tutor with voice output in multiple Indian languages.
• NCERT Books Browser: Access to NCERT textbook chapter links for Classes 6–12.
• PYQ Browser: Browse and attempt previous year exam questions.
• Mock Test Analyser: Upload or enter mock test data for AI-powered analysis.
• Institute Panel: B2B tools for coaching institutes to manage students and track usage.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Plans and Payments

Free Plan: Registered users receive a limited number of AI questions per day at no cost. The free plan may include a trial period for paid features.

Paid Plans: We offer paid subscription plans (Pro, Elite) with additional features. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may change at any time with prior notice.

• All payments are processed securely via PayU India.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds on digital subscription payments once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law. Contact support@eguru24.com within 48 hours of payment for refund requests, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• In case of payment failures, access to paid features will be suspended until payment is received.

AI-Generated Content

eGuru24 uses large language models (LLMs) including Groq AI (Llama) and Google Gemini to generate educational content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated answers may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify important answers with authoritative sources, textbooks, or qualified teachers.
• AI content is generated in real time and eGuru24 does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• The AI tutor is a supplementary study aid, not a replacement for formal education, teachers, or official study materials.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content, including exam preparation strategies or answers.
• Conversations with the AI tutor may be stored and used to improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

You agree not to use eGuru24 to:

• Ask questions or submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable.
• Attempt to extract, reproduce, or distribute the AI model's training data or weights.
• Use the platform for academic dishonesty, including submitting AI-generated answers as your own work in exams or assignments.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measure on the platform.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent question limits or other restrictions.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

Our content: All content on eGuru24 — including the platform design, code, logos, branding, curated question banks, and original educational materials — is owned by PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property law.

Your content: Questions and messages you submit to the AI tutor remain yours. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this content to operate and improve our services.

NCERT content: NCERT textbook links and educational materials are the property of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Government of India. We do not host NCERT content — we link to official NCERT sources.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of eGuru24's proprietary content without our prior written consent.

Institute Accounts

Coaching institutes and educational organisations that use eGuru24's B2B Institute Panel agree to additional terms:

• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from students and their guardians before adding them to the platform.
• You must not add students without their knowledge or consent.
• Institute credentials (email, password, API key) must be kept confidential.
• You are responsible for ensuring students on your account use the platform in compliance with these Terms.
• Institute plans are non-transferable and may not be resold.
• We reserve the right to audit usage and suspend institutes found to be misusing the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

eGuru24 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or up to date.
• Using eGuru24 will improve your exam scores or results.
• The platform will be available in all geographic regions.

Use of eGuru24 is at your own risk. This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@eguru24.com. Upon deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, disclaimer, limitation of liability) shall survive.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of eGuru24 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chhattisgarh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@eguru24.com to resolve disputes amicably. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of eGuru24 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the platform and delete your account.
